Assess

After thoroughly reviewing the assessment, we name the issue that is negatively impacting your life through a thoughtfully considered and data-driven diagnosis. We equip you with education and resources, so you can best understand your individual experience.

In a one-on-one consulting session, we discuss your concerns, relevant history, and mental, emotional, physical, and social needs.

Given your needs and diagnosis, we provide you with multiple treatment options and discuss each one's risks and benefits. Together, we decide on the best course of action for you and begin treatment.

Mental health care is not a one-size-fits-all discipline. Finding the right medication plan for you can take a few rounds of adjustment and reevaluation. After your first visit, plan on following up in two to four weeks to discuss your experience with the treatment plan.

We don't want you to feel just okay. We want you to feel like you.
